Communications Manager

Stories are powerful. They bridge ideas, spark conversations, and shape perceptions. My passion for storytelling began at 14, and over time, it evolved into a career dedicated to helping individuals and organizations craft narratives that resonate. With over 16 years of experience spanning Bulgaria, Austria, and Italy, I specialize in strategic communications, thought leadership, and editorial storytelling—bringing clarity and impact to complex ideas.

Currently, I am part of Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, the organization delivering the next Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. As a member of the Digital Team, I contribute to developing the technology ecosystem that will power the Games. Beyond this, I am also shaping technology-related communications.

My expertise extends beyond corporate and event communications into the realm of thought leadership and editorial strategy. I help executives, brands, and organizations define their voice, refine their messaging, and establish authority in their respective industries. Whether it’s crafting compelling op-eds, executive speeches, long-form articles, or editorial content, I specialize in transforming intricate concepts into engaging, accessible, and high-impact narratives.

I develop comprehensive communication strategies, crisis management plans, and engagement initiatives tailored for global audiences while respecting local nuances. My experience working across cultures and industries has given me a broad strategic perspective while keeping my approach adaptable and insightful.

A firm believer in resilience and precision (a mindset sharpened through my passion for boxing), I help leaders and businesses craft stories that inspire, inform, and drive change.

I can do all of this in Bulgarian, English, and Italian, adapting messages to the cultural and linguistic context of different audiences.

Let’s turn your ideas into impactful stories.
